" Requiescat in pace ultima"

Early on September the 27th, 2000, Dr. Leah Burris died of a long and painful disease. To everyone who knew and cherish her, it came as an incommensurable loss. A loss for which none of use was prepared. Are we ever ?

Leah Drusilla Burris was born and raised in Philadelphia. She started her career as a clinical hypnotherapist and counselor, then progressed toward Jungian psychoanalysis and metaphysics. She has also traveled extensively in Europe, China and Canada, learning to speak quite well french, spanish and some mandarin dialect.

She studied mainly in Paris and in Bejing, earning a Doctor of Divinity degree, then a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology over there. Her interests and investigations into the spiritual realm has been the focus of her lifetime, culminating into the foudation of St. John's Graduate School of Metaphysics five years ago.

Along with Doctors Sonia Denison, D.D. and Peter-John Kurnak, D.Msc., who both act as assistant professors on the doctoral staff, she manages to supervise the school's students from the beginning of their researches until their satisfactory conclusion, and fulfillment.
